Meet the founder
Meenakshi Jessani
Founder & Principal Architect, MJ Architects
With a solid academic foundation in architecture and design, Meenakshi Jessani brings a distinct blend of creativity, insight, and discipline to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from LS Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai, and a Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design from CEPT University, Ahmedabad—along with an enriching exchange semester at Istanbul Technical University.
Believing that design is a powerful force that shapes how people live and connect with their environments, Meenakshi approaches every project through the lens of human experience—grounded in observation, empathy, and contextual research.
Her professional journey includes key roles at Reliance Brands Limited, Aditya Birla Capital, and Flipspaces Technology Labs, where she led the design and execution of large-scale corporate and retail interiors across India. This diverse experience sharpened her ability to balance creativity with strategy and precision.
Her evolving design philosophy is rooted in authenticity, adaptability, and innovation—creating spaces that are functional, emotionally resonant, and deeply contextual. For her, the design journey is as meaningful as the result—each space brought to life through listening, observing, and thoughtful collaboration.
